Through our Pediatric Care Alliances, we’re committed to bringing expert, high quality pediatric care closer to home for every family and child in the region. Each Care Alliance is a partnership between Connecticut Children’s and an adult health system in the region. Connecticut Children’s Care Alliances aim to enhance the health of entire populations, beginning before birth and continuing through life.
By working together, we’re able to improve access to Connecticut Children’s services and experts for your family, and lots of other families throughout the region. When it’s time for your child to transition into adult care, we work together with our Care Alliance partners to guide and support that process too.
