Dr. Grindle is the best doctor my family has interacted with. He engaged the whole family, not just the patient, in the conversation. Took the time to explain different clinical phenomenon and answer all our questions. His listening skills were exceptional. His humor made my daughter very comfortable to open up about different concerns she had. He treated us like we were the only patients in the practice- gave us undivided attention and did not rush through the visit. We have been telling everyone about this exceptional doctor and our experience.

Dr. Grindle added [my child] to his schedule on a surgery day to evaluate her right ear as she had a significant hearing loss recently. His first available appointment was end of August, he did not hesitate and called me 2 days later with an appointment two weeks later. He did not have to get her in that quick but he did, he was performing surgery and he went above and beyond to get her in! Excellent doctor he has such a caring heart

Holy cow the doctor was incredible!!!!! My daughter was very, very nervous and was hiding behind her stuffed animal and wouldn't speak. He was not phased at all - he kept respectfully, compassionately, warmly addressing her fears and won her over. He struck an expert balance between talking with me, the parent, and keeping her, the patient, at the center.
